 | In the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home
page, click Options, and then click More options.

| Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders. |
| Click Safe senders. |
| Enter an e-mail address and its domain and a
domain such as @eppg.com, and then click Add to List. |
| Check the Add to Contacts box and click OK.

| Click Blocked Senders. In the Blocked senders
box, click @eppg.com if you see it and/or click your
instructor's e-mail address if you see it. Click Remove from
list.

| Click Tools, Options, Preferences tab. |
| Under E-mail, click the Junk E-mail button,
Safe Senders tab |
| Click the Add button and in the Enter an e-mail address
or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, type
@eppg.com. Click OK. Follow the same steps to add
your instructor's e-mail address. |
| Click the Safe Recipients tab. |
| Click the Add button and in the Enter an e-mail address
or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, type
the desired safe e-mail address and a its domain and a
domain such as @eppg.com. Click OK three times to
save and close all dialog boxes. |
| Click the Blocked Senders tab. |
| If you see @eppg.com or your instructor's e-mail address in
the list of block senders, click it and click Remove |
| Click OK three times to save and close all dialog
boxes. |
Or
| If a message comes through, right-click the message from the
Inbox, click Junk E-mail, Add Sender to Safe
Sender's List.

| Open the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to
your address book. |
| Click on the Add to Address Book link next to the
From field. |
| On Add to Address Book page, enter optional
information into the fields. Click the Add to Address Book
button. |
| In order to see images sent in the HTML e-mail, click on the
Mail Options button on the top right of the
message. |
| Select General Preferences option. Go to the
Security section and make sure the Block HTML graphics
in email messages from being downloaded option is NOT
CHECKED. |
| Click Save.

| Open the email message from the sender you want to add to
your address book. |
| Click on the Add Address icon on the
right-hand side of the message. |
| Add additional information if you wish, then click on the
"Save" button.

| Open the message from the sender you want to add to your
address book. |
| Click on the "Save to Address Book" link next to the
sender's e-mail address. |
| You will see a message "This address has been saved into
your Address Book." |
