bulletIn the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home page, click Options, and then click More options.
bulletUnder Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
bulletClick Safe senders.
bulletEnter an e-mail address and its domain and a domain such as @eppg.com, and then click Add to List.
bulletCheck the Add to Contacts box and click OK.
bulletClick Blocked Senders. In the Blocked senders box, click @eppg.com if you see it and/or click your instructor's e-mail address if you see it. Click Remove from list.
 
Outlook 2003     and 2007
bulletClick Tools, Options, Preferences tab.
bulletUnder E-mail, click the Junk E-mail button, Safe Senders tab
bulletClick the Add button and in the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, type @eppg.com. Click OK. Follow the same steps to add your instructor's e-mail address.
bulletClick the Safe Recipients tab.
bulletClick the Add button and in the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, type the desired safe e-mail address and a its domain and a domain such as @eppg.com. Click OK three times to save and close all dialog boxes.
bulletClick the Blocked Senders tab.
bulletIf you see @eppg.com or your instructor's e-mail address in the list of block senders, click it and click Remove
bulletClick OK three times to save and close all dialog boxes.

Or

bulletIf a message comes through, right-click the message from the Inbox, click Junk E-mail, Add Sender to Safe Sender's List.
 
Yahoo Mail
bulletOpen the e-mail message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
bulletClick on the Add to Address Book link next to the From field.
bulletOn Add to Address Book page, enter optional information into the fields. Click the Add to Address Book button.
bulletIn order to see images sent in the HTML e-mail, click on the Mail Options button on the top right of the message.
bulletSelect General Preferences option. Go to the Security section and make sure the Block HTML graphics in email messages from being downloaded option is NOT CHECKED.
bulletClick Save.
 
AOL 9
bulletOpen the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
bulletClick on the Add Address icon on the right-hand side of the message.
bulletAdd additional information if you wish, then click on the "Save" button.

bulletOpen the message from the sender you want to add to your address book.
bulletClick on the "Save to Address Book" link next to the sender's e-mail address.
bulletYou will see a message "This address has been saved into your Address Book."
