To save a presentation and open it in PowerPoint: right click the link to it; click Save Target As...; in the Save As window, browse to the desired location and click Save.

To open any presentation saved as an htm file in Power Point: open PowerPoint. Click File, Open, and type in or copy and paste the presentation's URL from the browser address box to open the presentation directly into PowerPoint. Click Cancel repeatedly to any prompts to enter a user name and/or password. When the presentation opens in PowerPoint, it will open as a Read Only version. Click File, Save As, and save it locally to your computer in the desired format such as ppt, pptx, htm, etc. Again, click Cancel to any prompts to enter a user name and password.

To download a PowerPoint viewer if you do not have PowerPoint: click here.

To save a pdf file: Click the link to open it in your browser. After the file has finished downloading (you'll see "Done" display in browser status bar), from the browser menu, click File, Save As. Browse to the desired location on your computer and click Save.
