Instructions to install this PowerPoint Viewer download:

  1. Download PowerPointViewer.exe by right-clicking the link and saving the file to your hard disk.
  2. Double-click the PowerPointViewer.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.
  4. Once you have installed this download, from the Windows Start menu under All Programs, open Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007.

PowerPoint Viewer 2007 registers with the .ppt, .pptx, .pptm, .pot, .potx, .potm, .pps, .ppsx and .ppsm file extensions only if a version of PowerPoint is not installed on your computer.
